How do I use my Tibber Bonus?
You can use eligible Tibber Bonus credit when purchasing products in the Tibber Store.
Available credit is automatically applied at checkout. If your balance is higher than your purchase amount, the remaining credit stays available for future purchases.
In some markets, you can also use your credit towards the fixed monthly fees on your energy invoice.
The available redemption options and any restrictions depend on your market and the type of reward.
Can I withdraw my Tibber Bonus as money?
No. Tibber Bonus cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to your bank account.
You can only use it for eligible purchases or other reward options available in your market.
