If you wish to delete your Tibber account, you can do so by following these simple steps.
Step 1: Terminate your power deal with Tibber
I have never been a customer, I just downloaded the app: You can just delete your account by clicking Account ➡️ My account ➡️ Delete account. Please note that we are unable to restore your profile after you deleted it.
I'm switching to another supplier: You can do this by creating a power deal with the new supplier. Your agreement with Tibber will then automatically be terminated, as it's only possible to have one power deal per meter.
I'm moving: If you're moving, you must cancel your existing power deal at the address you're moving from. You can easily do this in the app by going to My account ➡️ Move out ➡️ Select the property in question ➡️ Set date. It is important that you do this before you move out, so that we can register the correct date for moving out. The market rules do not allow registration of moving out back in time.
Step 2: Contact us in the chat if you wish to delete your account
Note that there are certain types of data we need to keep if you have had a power deal with us, depending on regulations.
