Where can I see my energy costs?

Open the Tibber app and go to Analysis.

Here you can explore:

• Your electricity consumption.
• Estimated energy costs over time.
• Current and historical electricity prices.

You can view your consumption and costs across different periods, such as days, months and years.

Why don't my costs match my invoice?

The costs shown in the Tibber app are estimates.

Your final invoice may also include taxes, grid fees, fixed charges and adjustments. Some of these costs may be billed separately, depending on your market.

Final meter readings can also differ from the data initially shown in the app.

This means your invoice may not match the estimated costs in Analysis.

Where can I see electricity prices?

Tap the electricity price widget on the app's home screen.

You'll see a graph showing today's electricity prices and tomorrow's prices once they're available.

You can explore individual price intervals by pressing and dragging your finger across the graph.

Depending on your market, the widget may also offer settings to include or exclude certain taxes, fees or other price components.

Important: Changing which costs are displayed in the widget doesn't change how you're billed.

Why do electricity prices change?

With a dynamic electricity contract, prices follow the wholesale electricity market and can change throughout the day.

Prices for the following day are generally published in the early afternoon.

When electricity prices change, your estimated energy costs change too.

Why does someone else's app show a different price?

If you compare electricity prices with another Tibber user, you might notice different amounts.

This can happen because:

• You've selected different settings in the electricity price widget.
• Your contracts have different pricing arrangements.
• You live in different electricity price areas.

Check that you're comparing the same time interval and price components.

Where can I find market-specific information?

The costs included in your electricity price, available widget settings and billing arrangements vary by country.
