What can I do with the Tibber app?
With the Tibber app, you can:
- Check current and upcoming electricity prices.
- Track your electricity consumption and energy costs.
- Manage your account and energy contract.
- View your electricity invoices.
- Connect and control compatible smart devices.
- Add Power-ups to unlock smart features.
- Invite friends and earn Tibber rewards.
- Shop in the Tibber Store.
Available features depend on your market, energy contract and connected devices.
Where can I find my information?
In the Tibber app, you can access:
- Home: An overview of your home, electricity prices and connected devices.
- Analysis: Your electricity consumption and energy costs.
- Power-ups: Available integrations for connecting smart devices and services.
- You: Your account, home, contract and payment information.
If you have a Tibber Pulse connected, you can also monitor your electricity consumption in real time.
Some energy products or account details may be managed through a separate customer portal, depending on your market.
Managing multiple homes
You can manage multiple homes and energy contracts from one Tibber account.
To add another home, open You and go to your home settings.
You can switch between homes by selecting the address at the top of the home screen.
A feature is missing from the app
Some features are only available when you've connected a compatible device, such as a Tibber Pulse, EV charger or home battery.
New features may also be introduced gradually.
If you can't find a feature:
- Check that you're using the latest version of the Tibber app.
- Make sure any required devices are connected.
- Check whether the feature is available in your market.
