How does the referral program work?

New to Tibber?

If an existing Tibber customer invites you, sign up using their personal referral link. Once your energy contract starts and the conditions are met, you can both receive Tibber credit to spend in the Tibber Store.

Already a customer?

Share your personal referral link from the Tibber app. When someone signs up through your link and meets the conditions, you can both receive Tibber credit.

Referral rewards and eligibility may vary by market.

When will I receive my Tibber credit?

Your Tibber credit is automatically added to your account once all conditions have been met.

You can view your available credit in the Tibber app and use it in the Tibber Store.

How do promotions work?

Tibber occasionally offers limited-time promotions for new customers. These may include discounts, special offers or other benefits.

Most promotions are applied automatically when you sign up during the promotional period. Some may require a promotional code or have additional eligibility requirements.
