- Add your estimated annual energy consumption to see an estimate of your costs.
- Complete your sign-up.
Through the Tibber app
- Download the Tibber app.
- Select Switch to Tibber.
- Follow the steps to complete your sign-up.
When does my contract start?
Your contract start date depends on the switching process and regulations in your country. You may be able to choose a preferred start date during sign-up.

Do I need to cancel my current energy contract?
Whether Tibber cancels your existing energy contract automatically depends on your market. In some countries, you may need to contact your current supplier yourself.
Moving to a new home? You may need to cancel the energy contract at your previous address separately.

What if I have a fixed-price contract?
If you have an existing fixed-price contract, your current energy supplier may charge an early termination fee.
Tibber isn't responsible for fees charged by your previous supplier. Contact your current supplier to check whether any fees apply before switching.
Can I switch earlier?
Depending on your market, you may be able to start your contract earlier than the standard switching period.
