Tibber’s Support Center is written in the language of each market — Dutch, German, Swedish and Norwegian — so every article matches exactly how things work in your country. Here is how to use it in English.
How do I read the articles in English?
Choose the language of the country that your market is in (Norwegian. Swedish, Dutch or German), then let your browser translate the page. Chrome, Edge and Safari offer this automatically — usually via a translate icon in the address bar or by right-clicking the page and choosing “Translate”.
This way you always read the version that is correct for your market, rather than a generic translation.
Why isn’t everything available in English?
Electricity works differently in every country — meters, grid fees, taxes and payment methods all differ. Keeping one market-specific version per country ensures the answer you read is always right for where you live.
Can I get help in English?
Yes. Start a chat in the Tibber app and write in English. Our AI assistant understands and replies in English, as well as many other languages, any time of day. If your question needs it, the assistant brings in a human colleague, who can also continue the conversation in English.
