How do I connect my heat pump?
- Open the Tibber app and go to Power-ups.
- Select your heat pump's brand.
- Follow the instructions to connect your heat pump.
Depending on the manufacturer, you may need to sign in with your manufacturer's account or give Tibber permission to control your heat pump.

- Automatically control your heating.

I can't connect my heat pump
Check that:
- Your heat pump is online.
- You're using the correct manufacturer login details.
- Your heat pump is supported by Tibber.
My heat pump isn't responding
If your heat pump isn't responding, check that:
- The connection to Tibber is still active.
- Your heat pump is accessible through the manufacturer's app.
How do I disconnect my heat pump?
You can remove the connection at any time.
- Open the Tibber app and go to Power-ups.
- Select your connected heat pump.
- Remove the connection.
Once disconnected, Tibber will no longer exchange data with your heat pump.
