Checking if your charger is supported

You can find the latest list of supported chargers:

• Under Smart Control on the Tibber website.
• Under Power-ups in the Tibber app.

If your charger is listed, you can connect it to Tibber and use the available features.

Available features

Depending on your charger's brand and model, you may be able to:

• Use Smart Charging.
• Start and stop charging sessions.
• Manage charging schedules.
• Charge with excess solar energy, where available.
• Use Load Balancing.

Not every EV charger supports all features.

My charger isn't supported

If your charger isn't supported, you may still be able to use Smart Charging through a compatible, connected car.

Why does compatibility vary?

Tibber relies on the integrations provided by charger manufacturers. Available features can therefore differ between brands and models.

Compatibility may also change when manufacturers update their software, systems or APIs.

I'm having trouble connecting my charger

Check that you've selected the correct charger brand and are using the correct manufacturer login details.
