How to change your unit if your ordered Pulse doesn't fit your meter.

There are two types of Pulse units and which one to choose depends on which port your meter has. What is a bit tricky is that both of these ports are referred to as HAN-port but the form differs. This is how they look like:

You can contact your grid company or check their website if you feel unsure!

If you have ordered the wrong Pulse, you have 14 days right of withdrawal to return for a refund. Return instructions and address can be found here.

If you used bonus on the purchase, this will also be available again on your Tibber account as soon as the warehouse has handled the return and your order has been credited.

You then place a new order yourself in Tibberstore for the Pulse that fits your meter!
