To be able to use your Easee charger with Tibber, you need to have Tibber set as the operator of the charger.

If your charger has another operator today, this can easily be changed in https://easee.cloud like this:

  • Log in with the same username and password that you use in the Easee app

  • Go to Sites -> Operator -> Unpair

  • You should then be able to connect Tibber as the new operator.

  • Afterwards you may go into the Tibber app and pair Easee here: Power-Ups -> Easee -> Connect 👏

If you receive an error message that you have used the wrong PIN-code to many times, normally you will have to wait a minimum of 24 hours until you try to pair the charger again. If it is essential that the pairing is done as quickly as possible, we might be able to get Easee to manually remove the PIN-block during the weekdays. Please contact our support heroes if you need this to be done :)
